RUBS BBQ is serious about its barbecue.

We are folks who are seriously passionate about cooking barbecue perfect their art and hone their skills. George Merce got their start making barbecue, back in 2008. And like all pitmasters, for them, the BBQ events rooms have special significance.

“Over the years, at RUBS American BBQ, it has become code for our aspiration to excel in all that we do.” It’s only natural then, that when George and Merce decided it was time to open our restaurants into private dining and event spaces that we would name it BBQ Events Rooms.

Event rooms features the world-class barbecue of RUBS American BBQ, served alongside a menu of chef-prepared side dishes and desserts, an extensive wine and beer list, and a full-service bar, in a beautiful, well-appointed space, perfect for receptions, parties, business meetings, and corporate events.
